Thats cool. But this is really not for everyone. Traditional media buy is way to complex to have it self-learned. It sounds interesting and easy to implement, but the process of production is far beyond what we as independent internet marketers and SEM experts can handle. There is a reason why fortune 500 companies hire MBA marketers with MBAs earned from world’s top Universities.
Nonetheless, having to know that Google is exploring more money making opportunities, specifically in TV ads, has a lot to say about the benefits a company has when marketing via traditional media at a greatly reduced cost. All can be done online while eliminating the hassle of communicating with TV networks, filing all the paper works, is a plus.
I agree it is definitely not for everyone, but I find it amazing that an Internet search engine has grown this big and even has created their own phone!

Will the adword user be able put their ads on TV?

That’s what it seems like. Interface seems close with adwords except you have to pick the time your ad will air.
